One of them is always available, although they were pretty much both always available. They were easy to work with and, in fact, made the whole process pretty fun!

We were referred to Eric Schlosser by colleagues and friends who had a great experience with Eric. My experience was no different. Attention to detail was top notch. Recommended multiple lenders with loan products that met our needs as a physician family. He also did not pressure the use of any particular lender. I also really appreciated that he was was willing to show us a few properties and neighborhoods even before we were pre-approved which was helpful to us because did not live local initially.

Eric, from our first meeting, assured me he was a full service realtor and would do everything possible to make the sale of my home as stress free for me as possible, would explain every detail to my understanding and handle every detail. I cannot begin to share how true all of this was. I trusted him implicitly, felt completely comfortable with each step of the process and knew without question that I was in the best hands.

We ran in to a big bump, yet things went as smoothly as possible. I acquired Covid and had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks. The closing was to have taken place during the time I was hospitalized.
